There are a lot of companies called “Merchant Solutions” make sure you are contacting the right one.

If you’ve found this page, you may have the wrong “Merchant Solutions”.   And we mean that in more way than one.

There are hundreds of companies in the payment processing world with “Merchant” and “Solutions” somewhere in their name.  As our website is well optimized, we tend to come up first in search rankings. We are Merchant Solutions LLC, out of West Hartford, CT.

If you are searching online for Merchant Solutions phone number, you are very likely NOT our client.  If you were, you’d have a direct agent assigned to your account, and would have their name, email and phone number, and as such wouldn’t be here searching online.

However, maybe we can help you locate YOUR Merchant Solutions.  First, here are the best steps:

Do you have your statement?

If you have your monthly processing statement, the first page of the statement should have the processors name, address and phone number, along with your merchant ID.  This is the best way to figure out who you need to contact.

Do you have web access to your account?

If you have online access to your account, there should somewhere be a link within the portal for your payment processor’s contact information. Or, at the very least, you should be able to access your statement, in which case you should have the payment provider’s contact info.

Check your terminal

Many times, a processor will put a sticker on the terminal that has their contact info listed.  Check for a sticker.

Call your bank

None of our charges show up as “Merchant Solutions” on your bank statement.  The only time we charge directly are for one-time fees such as equipment or software purchases.  Any recurring monthly fees from a “Merchant Solutions” are not coming from our company.

First, check EXACTLY what the statement says.  Is it The Merchant Solutions?  Merchant e-solutions?  TSYS Merchant Solutions?  I could go on, but these are all different companies, none of which are us.

Second, you can call the bank and they should be able to give you the payee info.  They are able to look this up (not just google it, but actually look it up in their database).   This will tell you where the charge to your account originated…and there’s your processor.

By the way, you don’t have an agent.  We need to talk about that.

If you’ve come to this page, that means you have a problem or a question, and can’t even find the entity that is responsible for XX% of the payments your company receives.  The funds that pay your overhead, keep your employees paid, and heck even put food on your dinner table.  You can’t find the person who handles that?  Ouch.  I bet you can find your lawyer, your accountant, or your doctor if you need them.  If you had to put out a fire, you’d know who to call.  But what if you stopped receiving payments?  Who do you call?

Stop me if I sound like a broken record, but if you were a client of Merchant Solutions LLC, you’d have a Certified Payments Professional (CPP) at your beck and call.  A person you know, on a first name basis, who took you from the initial consultation and review, got your application, set up your equipment, and is personally responsible with maintain your account on an ongoing basis. This is of course as well backed with a 24/7 technical support line.  We have no term contracts, provide a free terminal with your account, and oh yeah, we can save you money on your fees as well.
